I had the wonderful opportunity to try something new, out of the box again, create 11 static pages for a spread in the Dossier Magazine, but they do not remain static. When you scan the QR code it takes you to this page, and each page comes alive with many different designs or artwork combinations when you press pause. In other words, if you like the composition when you press pause, that can be printed in high resolution. (Prices on request)......this is the next porthole or manifestation for the Bekind series, traveling from Woordfees into the Dossier Magazine, next step - interactive exhibition.
Now here the story begins, the journey through digital collage art and sound, each page a piece that showcases my new album: "Maak of ek normaal is"..... If you have landed here and followed the journey up to here. Relax, put your headphones on and make your own story - your own journey back to your inner child.I don't want to say too much about each page because I would like you to feel your own journey through it. Page 1 : Ek wens ek was 'n mens. Seun realizes that in order to really heal, it is an inward journey of remembrance , back to the inner child, back to innocence ......Page 2 he realises his dream, his purpose.
Page 3 he meets the sculpture "Bottervlieg" which helps him embody ..... ground in this incarnation with the help of the beautiful voice of Marcelle Volckaert. Page 4 he meets Liefie and she starts the journey with him with her "Groeipyne" sculptures
as guides through the journey, with a surprise at the end, the Birth of Bekind.
Page 5, Seun takes a trip through duality, the reality of this planet with the help of Liefie's Haasgat and Jude Harpstar's voice. On Page 6 he looses his way because of trying too hard to fit in to this illusion, this game.......
Page 7, Seun is lucky enough to, with the guidance of Liefie's sculpture "Roei Roei", meet Jeandré who is a mirror.....they are versions of each other......... how lost can you be?

Page 9...... when you realise along your journey that all we really do is sit and watch each others programming act out.
Page 10 ..... a lesson in attachment and perception of reality, thank you to Lisa at the Storer for the use of the beautiful illustration floating in the background.
Page 11 is the result, it really requires going back to innocence , to surrender to the creation of it all, the bigger picture, the higher purpose and along the way to try and stay compassionate to all other beings on their journey, love, collaborate and help each other remember the oneness of it all. It really is a process, a journey that travels through many lifetimes, this collection is a snapshot of one of mine. This is obviously a cover of Anneli's Neem my op Vlerke
